This 2023 Sozo red wine is our most popular. The wine was aged in 35% New French Oak before being blended with Merlot and Syrah and then bottled. This particular wine has aged well in the bottle.
It’s approachable with soft layered tannins, aromas of blackberry, toasted oak, vanilla, and a hint of cloves. It pairs well with red meat, cheeses, and plank salmon.
The salted dark chocolate is a deep, rich, and silky compliment to this red wine. The chocolate's flavor is full of complex cocoa, balanced by subtle salt crystals and an undertone of silky cream.
